Creamy roasted potatoes made with cheddar cheese and Tachbisha™ Marinade sauce. The perfect side dish for any holiday meal.
Creamy Roasted Potatoes with Cheddar Cheese
2lbs yellow potatoes
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1 onion, thinly sliced
Olive of your choice (for greasing the pan)
1 bottle Tachbisha® Garlic and Coconut, Rich and Creamy, Dressing and Marinade
Preheat the oven to 375°.
Wash the potatoes and slice 1/4" thick. Drop into boiling water for 5 minutes and add the sliced onions on top for one minute. Drain.
Grease an oven-safe pan and layer 1/2 of the potatoes. Then top with 1/2 of the Tachbisha® Dressing. Sprinkle 1 cup of the shredded sharp cheddar cheese on top as well.
Repeat one more layer. Bake for 45-55 minutes.
Garnish with black pepper and bay leaves. Serve hot.
