Kebabs that come out perfect on the grill. Cooked with onion and parsley, served on a bed of pita and Tachbisha™ Gourmet Sauce for dipping.
Directions
Soak the bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes and pat dry.
In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients and divide the mixture into 8 sections.
Mold each section of meat around 1 bamboo skewer, making it about 1" thick.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates lightly.
Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side.
Serve the kofta skewers hot on warm pita, add some Tachbisha® Gourmet Sauce, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, sliced red onions, and enjoy!
