Tachbisha Rotisserie Chicken or Turkey
Add our Tachbisha marinade on top of your Holiday turkey or chicken for quick, easy and hassle-free flavor!
Pat dry the entire turkey or chicken
Spatchcock the turkey or chicken for even cooking (optional, but helps the turkey or chucken cook faster and more evenly)
Loosen the skin from the meat on the breast and thigh area to ensure the marinade reaches the meat
Apply the marinade to the breast of the turkey or chicken liberally and rub into the skin and under the skin into the meat. Repeat for the underside.
Grill until the thickest part of the breast reaches 165 degrees. You can also place it in an oven.
