Tilapia Asparagus Bundles
Olive oil spray
4 pieces tilapia fillet, 6 oz each
12 asparagus spears, trimmed
Tachbisha® Garlic and Coconut, Rich and Creamy, Dressing and Marinade
Preheat the oven to 350°.
Grease a baking pan with the olive oil spray.
Rinse the tilapia fillet.
Cut the asparagus in half.
Wrap each tilapia fillet around a few asparagus spears, cover all pieces with Tachbisha® Dressing, then place them in the baking dish seam side down.
Pour a generous amount of dressing over the tilapia and bake for 30 minutes at 375°. Serve.
